EFT for Guardians

Every now and then we all need help.

 

Whether we’re two or four-legged sometimes life can become overwhelming and we experience symptoms of stress and anxiety.

 

I find that very often working on your own stressful responses to challenging life situations helps you become less reactive with your own animal and in your life in general. Your pet could also become your greatest, untapped healing potential and the relationship a source of healing for both of you.

But you do not have to be an animal guardian to benefit from EFT and Emotional Clearing. I also have a practice working with people who experience anxiety, stress, OCD and panic attacks. You can read more about it HERE.

I create a safe and nurturing space to help you heal and move on with your life. By addressing painful problems that are affecting our lives we can grow and develop as human beings. I have more than 15 years experience in helping people whose uncomfortable, negative emotions had come to dominate their lives. It does not matter how big or small you feel your problem is. Or how long you have suffered. It is possible to start to enjoy your life again.

I draw on my training in a range of widely used Emotional Freedom Techniques and body-centred psychotherapies to help you move on from the thoughts and feelings that cause you so much distress. Sessions take place over Skype in your own home or a place safe for you, so that you can improve your life without missing work or other commitments.

The techniques learned, such as Emotional Freedom Technique and Emotional Clearing make it easier to continue your progress outside of sessions. In practice, it means I will teach you how to use EFT between sessions on your own so you have a tool to deal with everyday stresses. You can use it anywhere and any time you feel in need of de-stressing.
